is the first in a series of videos describing the roles of crewmembers
aboard the
BMW ORACLE America's Cup Racing Yacht. This first episode
introduces the boat, the crew and details the duties of the helmsman, world
championship sailor, Chris Dickson.
 Chris
also serves as Skipper of the boat and CEO and BMW ORACLE yacht racing.
Future episodes cover the duties of the Tactician, the Navigator, the
Strategist, the Weather Team, the Grinders, the Trimmers, the Mast and Pit
Men, and the Bowmen.
